Our reputation for supplying the finest local produce starts with the care, time and attention we give to only using the most well cared for animals, treating the meat with the respect it deserves and treating our customers as if they were family.
Following a long tradition of butchers on our village site and still only being the third family to own the business since it was established by founder Mr Simms in the 1930’s. The shop may have evolved over time yet we still reflect the same core values, supplying meat that is locally and ethically farmed, brought into the 21st century by tailoring our offering to what the modern family requires.
